I become your single point of contact on the ground in France, researching and vetting vendors, translating and negotiating on your behalf, helping you understand what’s required to marry here, and managing every detail through to your first dance.

Most couples planning a wedding from abroad face the same challenges: vendors they can’t easily meet, a ceremony they need to design from scratch without local knowledge, and guests who need help figuring out travel. With the Destination Wedding package, I become your single point of contact for every vendor, every decision, every detail, so you can focus on your engagement and your guests.

- Design and coordination of your secular ceremony in France, working with the celebrant of your choice
- Guest logistics recommendations (accommodation, transport, local activities)
- On-site preparation the day before your wedding
- Full day-of coordination (14+ hours on site), in English and French
- Access to your online planning portal
- A backup plan, prepared in advance
*Final pricing depends on the size and complexity of your wedding, your guest count, and the venue location within France. Travel and accommodation for on-site visits are billed separately and discussed upfront. There’s no standard package, every project is unique and deserves a tailored proposal.

For couples living abroad who’ve chosen France for their wedding but don’t want to manage every detail from a distance. Whether you’re flying in once or several times before the big day, I handle everything so you can simply enjoy the process.
Everything: I search for the right vendors, negotiate offers that match what you’re looking for, and stay in direct contact with them throughout. You and your vendors sign together directly, I’m there to guide and support every step, including being fully present on the day itself. You become a Super VIP guest at your own wedding.
We define a budget together from the start. I use it to guide every vendor search and negotiation, and keep you updated at each step so there are no surprises. The final agreements are always between you and your vendors directly. Transparency isn’t optional for me.
Absolutely, it’s included in the Destination Wedding package. I’m with you from the first planning call to the first dance. The only thing you need to do that day is enjoy it.
I’m based near Poitiers, but I plan weddings across France for couples living abroad. Travel costs are simply added to your quote, and we’ll go through that together.
Many of the couples I work with are legally married in their home country beforehand, then come to France for a secular ceremony designed entirely around them. We can talk through what makes the most sense for your situation.
On your wedding day, I’m joined by an assistant, so I can stay fully present with you while coordinating every vendor at the same time. For larger guest counts, I bring in an extended team to keep the same level of quality. Of course, if that wasn’t part of the original budget, we’d always discuss and agree on it together first.

Nous avons eu la chance d’être accompagnés par Marion pour organiser notre mariage au Domaine de la Boutelaye, et franchement, nous n’aurions pas pu rêver mieux ! Organiser un grand mariage en seulement 6 mois, sur trois jours, depuis Berlin, tout en travaillant tous les deux à temps plein, était un vrai défi. Et c’est clairement grâce à Marion que nous avons pu le faire dans de si bonnes conditions. Elle a été un véritable relais sur place, a toujours su trouver les prestataires qui correspondaient à nos envies et nous a proposé des alternatives qui ont parfois même dépassé nos attentes. Elle nous a permis de gérer toute l’organisation à distance tout en nous enlevant une énorme charge mentale. Avec nos changements d’avis, nos prises de risques et quelques idées de dernière minute 😅, elle a toujours été incroyablement calme, patiente et rassurante. Elle a toujours trouvé une solution ou une alternative, sans jamais nous mettre la pression. Elle a également parfaitement communiqué en anglais avec Thomas, ce qui nous a beaucoup facilité les choses. Et au-delà de son professionnalisme, on a vraiment passé de super moments avec elle. On a beaucoup rigolé et pris énormément de plaisir à préparer ce mariage ensemble. Elle a vraiment rendu toute cette aventure beaucoup plus simple, sereine et agréable.
